Data we collect
We collect only the email address you voluntarily submit, your chosen language, the consent timestamp and the privacy-policy version you accepted. We do not collect your name, IP address or any browsing profile.
Purpose
We use your email only to notify you about the ANCLA One ‘Prometheus’ preorder and communications strictly related to your place on that list. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent, given when you tick the form checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the equivalent consent basis under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.
Retention
We retain your email while the preorder relationship remains active, and delete it if you leave the list or request erasure.
Recipients and processors
This site uses Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and for storing the waitlist, acting as a processor under its data-processing terms. The waitlist database is hosted in Cloudflare’s Western North America region. If you write from outside that region, your email is stored there; for visitors in the European Economic Area this is an international transfer, covered by the transfer mechanism in Cloudflare’s data-processing addendum.
No one else receives your email. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network and no mailing-list platform.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of it, cancellation or erasure, and you may object to its use — and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to alfredo@anclalabs.org. Under EU law these are the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability; under Mexican law they are known as ARCO rights.
If you believe a request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the competent data-protection authority: in Mexico, the federal authority responsible for personal data held by private parties; in the European Economic Area, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies and analytics
This release does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
Fonts, scripts and images are served from the site itself. As with any Cloudflare-hosted site, requests are processed through Cloudflare’s network.
